Vue Beach Club did not have a clue about Pelago or our booking and we stood around for over an hour waiting for it to be resolved. Many managers were consulted, calls made. The QR code meant nothing. When it was eventually resolved the afternoon tea was exceptional and the place is beautiful. No time to use the 'Day Pass' by then. This happened at a few places, so Pelago need to get their act together.
