Great pass with best deal purchased at Pelago. This pass benefit a lot ,especially travelling from Osaka to Hakata. I took the Shinkansen from Shin osaka to Hakata is only 2.5hrs and stay for a night ,from Hakata, I can use this pass to go Hiroshima, Okayama, Hemiji, Kobe, Wakayama, Kyoto and even Nara,almost travelling around the Japan west for 7days. This is can book reservation seat without fees ,even Hello kitty shinkansen reservation seat and also visiting the miyajima using the ferry transport is also free but need to pay 100yen of tourists tax. JR line is so convenient to travel round Japan.
Highly recommended if you are trabelling between multiple cities in Japan.
