— Important Info —
- For airport pick-ups, the driver will be waiting for you at the designated waiting area at the specified time. The driver will wait for up to 90 minutes. In case of an emergency, such as a flight cancellation, please contact our customer service in advance. Failure to notify the service provider or driver or inability to reach you on your phone will be considered a cancelation, and no refund will be provided
- For hotel pick-ups, please be ready in the hotel lobby at least 5-10 minutes before the agreed time. If you are catching an international flight, we recommend arriving at the airport at least 2-3 hours in advance

Additional information
- Japanese law mandates the use of child safety seats for children under the age of 6
- If you are unsure whether your request falls within the scope of our service, please contact our customer service to enquire
- In the event of flight cancelation or a rescheduling of your flight, please contact KKday customer service in advance
- The driver will arrive at the airport 30 minutes prior to your designated time and wait for a maximum of 90 minutes after the designated time. If you arrive more than 30 minutes earlier, you will need to wait for the driver. If you arrive later than 90 minutes after the designated time without prior notice, or cannot be reached, the driver will depart and no refund will be provided
- Please make sure to provide accurate contact information and ensure that you can receive calls and messages while in Japan. If you use mobile messaging apps, please ensure that you have internet access and that your settings allow messages from unknown numbers. In the event that we are unable to contact you and you do not arrive within 90 minutes after your flight has landed, the service will be canceled and no refund will be provided
- When making a booking, please ensure that you provide the accurate number of passengers and luggage. If the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the capacity of the selected vehicle, you may be required to change vehicles or your service may be declined. Please note that your driver reserves the right to refuse pick-up in such cases, and no refund will be issued
- The driver's contact information will be shared with you within 48 hours before the departure. Kindly keep an eye out for notifications
