• Amendment is permitted before 24 hours of service date.
• For hotel pickups, the date selected at check out should be your departure pickup date.
• For airport pickups, the date selected at check out should be your flight arrival date (e.g. if your flight arrives at 11:45 PM on 1 January, please select 1 January).
• Pick-ups can also be from a residential address (subject to any additional cost)
• Please provide your flight number, arrival time, and hotel for both arrival and departure transfers for the round trip option.
• No refund will be issued if you choose to travel by taxi.
• If you will not arrive at your destination as per the original booking, please contact the emergency number immediately.
• All vehicles in Singapore must have child seats for passengers under 1.35 m in height; please leave a request at checkout should you require one.
• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag; for oversized or excess luggage (surfboards, golf clubs, bikes, etc) you will need to book a minibus rather than sedan or MPV.

• The staff will be waiting at the exit gate closest to the designated luggage belt of your flight, holding a sign with your name on it; if you do not see your driver, please proceed to the information counter.

Your booking will be confirmed by the provider instantly.

A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 24 hours before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 24 hours before the date of selection.

Please book at least 24 hours prior to your date of selection to guarantee your booking.

Upon booking confirmation, this ticket is valid on the date of selection only.
