Good To Know
Pass eligibility: Valid for non-Japanese passport holders with a tourist visa with Temporary Visitor status.
E-tickets that have not been exchanged for an official pass can be returned. However, there will be a 10% handling fee.
To refund unused exchanged tickets, please go to the JR Ticket Office (Midori-no-madoguchi, in another name: Green Window) of the original station (guests must pay a separate refund fee).
Passengers may bring carry-on baggage within 250 cm and up to 2 meters in length and 2 pieces of luggage weighing within 30 kg (excluding umbrellas, crutches, carry-on luggage, backpacks, etc.).
The validity term of the pass cannot be extended once it has been used for reasons such as train suspension or service delays.
Please note that the train may be delayed or stopped due to weather conditions.
This pass allows you to take unlimited rides on the following designated trains within the designated valid period of 7 consecutive days.
Reserved seats on the Sanyo Shinkansen (ordinary train reserved seats) (Shin-Osaka–Hakata).
The pass is valid for 'Hello Kitty Shinkansen' use.
The pass is valid for Hokuriku Shinkansen (Kanazawa–Joetsu-Myoko).
Limited express trains such as Haruka, Kuroshio, Thunderbird, Kounotori, Yakumo, Super Hakuto (including Kamigori–Chizu).
All cars of limited express trains: Kuroshio, Kounotori, Kinosaki, Hashidate, and Maizuru are strictly reserved seating-only. Please book for reserved seats before boarding the train.
Special Rapid Services, Rapid Services, and Local trains on JR West Conventional lines.
The pass is valid for JR West Miyajima ferry (Miyajimaguchi–Miyajima).
West Japan JR buses are only valid for local route buses. It is not possible to take the express bus.

Book reserved seats through the green ticket vending machines or the JR Ticket Office (Midori-no-madoguchi, in another name: Green Window) at the station. The reservation from the seventh time onwards must be made at JR Ticket Office

Your booking will be confirmed by the provider instantly.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
A 90% refund will be processed if cancelled at least 1 day before date of selection. A cancellation fee of 10% will apply.
Redemption Notes
Ticket vending machines (Self-service): Operate and collect tickets through the green ticket vending machines marked with 'passport' icons at each station.
JR West Ticket Office (Manual): Present your e-voucher and passport to the JR Ticket Office (Midori-no-madoguchi, also known as the Green Window) to exchange for a physical ticket
There is no check of the name on the voucher and passport if you choose to collect from the ticket vending machine; however, if you exchange at the manual counter, the personnel will validate the name on the voucher and passport.
Automatic ticket vending devices can only be used by travelers who have passports with an IC chip. If your passport lacks an IC chip or does not work at the ticket vending machine, please visit the ticket office for a manual exchange.
Ticket Validity
Upon booking confirmation, this ticket is valid for 60 days from purchase date only.
