For safety reasons, you are not allowed to bring in sleds.
For customers arriving directly from the airport, large luggages (carrying case) can be left at the front desk free of charge on the day.
On-site rental is also available, but the number is limited. Please call (+81) 123-27-2121 for reservations.
Rental wear: JPY1,000 for adults (S-LL for men, S-LL for women), JPY500 for children (100 to 150 cm)
Rental boots: JPY500 for adults and children (16 cm to 28.5 cm)
Preschool children can enter for free.
Preschool children can enjoy snow tubing, snow rafting, and walking cross-country skiing free of charge when accompanied by a guardian.
Please note that preschool children cannot ride mini snowmobile and 4-wheel buggy with their guardian for safety reasons as the vehicle is for 1 person only.
