8:30 am: Meet at Tingly Thai Cooking School
8:35 am: Go to Wat Kheak Fresh Market to learn about and shop for fruits,
vegetables, herbs, and spices used for authentic Thai food
9:00 am–12:00 pm: Head back to the school and start the food prep, make the
curry paste, cook, and plate all the dishes
