Highlights
In 1965, Margaret River was compared to the famed Bordeaux region, with an
agricultural report suggesting it would be well suited for premium wines,
particularly ‘age-worthy’ reds. The rest is history. Today, our corner of the
southwest produces some of the world’s finest Chardonnay and Cabernet
Sauvignon.
Join us in the Wine Room to taste through a selection of the region’s key
varietal wines, including Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon, and discover
more about what drives our winemaking craft.
Enjoy this guided tasting with a member of the knowledgeable Wine Room team,
or explore the wines independently, with a self-guided journey accompanied by
tasting notes.
Your tasting will be enhanced with a curated platter of cheeses and
condiments.

You'll be joining us for our Origins Tasting in our Wine Room (featuring six
hand-picked current release and aged wines) with a cheese board to accompany
your tasting.
Your tasting will be set up and ready for your chosen arrival time. Our staff
will be close by to answer any questions.
This is a tasting, and conducted solely in our Cellar Door. If you would like
to stay for lunch in our awarded-restaurant, please consider The Origins
Tasting & Lunch.
