It was our first escape room experience with TRAPPED. We were hosted by Syaz, she was very nice and helpful. We booked A Quiet Place which is intermediate to easy level but still, we needed a lot of assistance from Syaz haha. She gave us hints that weren't too straightforward in a way that we finish it without feeling dumb. The props of the room were great and looked real. We booked the voucher through Pelago since it's cheaper and very easy. After getting the voucher, just don't forget to check your email and visit TRAPPED's own website and pick a date after you make payment, the rest is taken care of.

Peak Hours: Weekdays 6:00PM onwards, Public holidays and Weekends

Please arrive at least 10mins before your game starts as the game will start on time.
Lockers are available but not suitable for big items or luggage bag.
Strictly no handphones or food/drinks are allowed in the game rooms.

A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 24 hours before the date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 24 hours before the date of selection.
