The booking was extremely easy except that I had problems with trying to utilise my krisflyer points to offset the purchase. Nonetheless, we enjoyed the experience as a family. We didn't do the whole Safari. I think it was too wide to complete. The tram experience was one-off a kind, you could go up close with the animals and see them in their natural habitat, which is quite unlike Singapore. I would 10/10 recommend everyone to go on the "feed the predator" journey which costs 275K per pax regardless adult or child. It was fantastic to be able to feed Tiger and Lion their snacks. Such magnificent animals and for a change, we're in the cage instead of them. Also, have lunch at the Tavern Lion where you could literally dine with Lion lazing right outside the house. The zookeepers were all well quipped in speaking in English/Bahasa. Food was ok and clean as well. Toilets were also very clean. Surprisingly, there aren't that many tourist here, which probably explains why the tickets at $55 per pax. Gosh. But still, I'd pay for it!

The Safari is kinda like a show and tell kind of Safari. Its perfect for families with young kids, the entire park is well designed and the showtimes were nicely sequenced one after the other such that after one show you just walk a short distance to another enclosure for another show segment without much waiting time in between. (first one starts at 1015am!) and by the time you are done 3 shows later, its good time to also join the various animal feeding opportunities which are spread out everywhere. The shows itself tell an impressive story of conservation and it was very memorable. Overall, even if its a hot day, the way the activities are designed makes you fell that you dont feel that hot.

Booking process was smooth. No queues once we arrived to collect our passes. We got there at 9.45 and after a short 2 min bus and 8 min walk you get to the first (of three) shows. We then took the Safari drive. Plenty of shade and places to get food and drink. The experience was good overall.
