Cancellations 9 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed.
Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
No tickets will be mailed.
Seat reservations are not possible.
Experience only plan Preschool children are free, but please hold them on your lap.
We do not allow pets to enter the venue (except for guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs).
Photography is permitted, but the use of tripods is prohibited.
After completing your reservation, cancellations due to customer reasons will be accepted up to the period specified in the cancellation policy. If you cancel after the date specified in the cancellation policy, cancellations, changes to reservation details, and refunds will not be possible under any circumstances.
Even if you are barred from entry or kicked out due to nuisance behavior, the event fee will not be refunded. The organizers will determine whether or not an event is nuisance.
If you are forced to transfer your event participation rights to a third party, please be sure to contact the organizer by the day before the event to inform them of the transferee and your contact information after the transfer. If you transfer your rights without contacting us, we may refuse you entry.
Any problems that arise as a result of the transfer must be resolved between the parties involved. The organizers will not take any responsibility.
If the organizer has to change the date and time of the event, they will, in principle, contact you by email or a method they specify before the event date, except in unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or epidemics. At that time, we will contact you again to confirm whether you can attend, and if you are unable to attend, we will refund the full event fee.
If the event is cancelled due to reasons of the organizer, except in unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or epidemics, the organizer will, in principle, contact you by email or a method specified by the organizer before the event date. In such cases, the event fee will be refunded in full.
Unless the organizer notifies you of a change in the date and time of the event or cancellation, your cancellation will be considered a customer-initiated cancellation and no refunds will be given.
If the event is canceled due to earthquakes, typhoons, tsunamis, storms, floods, epidemics or infectious diseases, other natural disasters, war, riots, civil unrest, terrorism, labor disputes, strikes by third parties, the establishment, amendment or repeal of laws and regulations, orders or dispositions by public authorities, fires beyond the control of the organizers, or other force majeure, the event fee will not be refunded.
