Itinerary may change due to weather and road conditions.
It is possible to bring in suitcases, but we may refuse to bring in too large items. We are not responsible for any loss of your own luggage.
There are other passengers on the bus, so please refrain from talking in a loud voice.
There is no toilet on the bus.
Please refrain from drinking alcohol on the bus.
After the tour has started, no refunds will be made even if the event is canceled or the facility is closed.
If the minimum number of participants (25) is not reached 3 days prior to the scheduled date, the tour may be cancelled on that date. In this case, we will contact you to offer you an alternative date or, if it does not work out for you, we will refund your money.
There will be no refunds if it is determined that it is difficult to continue the tour due to weather or other factors after the tour has started.
There is no refund if the ropeway is canceled after the tour has started.
There is no rental of umbrellas in case of rain. Please bring your own.
