Learn about the fascinating history and origin of rum, sugar cane, and cacao in the Americas, and how they are expertly combined to create some of the world's most delicious and acclaimed spirits. Taste 8 different rums and local distilled spirits, each with its own unique flavor profile, expertly paired with Colombian chocolate, while gaining insights into how the flavors complement and enhance each other. Create your own rum-based cocktail using your newfound knowledge. Enjoy your cocktail at our studio or on the stunning terrace of our Caffé Lunático while taking in spectacular views of San Felipe's castle and la Popa, creating an unforgettable sensory experience. At our venue, we offer space for up to 50 guests, providing a breath-taking view of the iconic Castillo San Felipe.
