Man Mo Temple is a picturesque Taoist temple located in the Sheung Wan district of Hong Kong. Built in 1847, the temple is dedicated to the gods of literature (Man) and war (Mo). It is one of the oldest and most well-preserved temples in Hong Kong, featuring intricate wood carvings, stone inscriptions, and giant incense coils hanging from the ceiling. Visitors can explore the main hall, where the statues of the gods are enshrined, as well as the surrounding courtyards and prayer halls. The temple is a peaceful oasis amidst the bustling city, offering a glimpse into Hong Kong's rich cultural heritage.
The booking went very well and it was convenient. Just flash the QR code at the gantry and you can access to the tram ride and sky terrace. It was a fun experience for the family.
