What you'll do We will show you every secret to achieve an amazing pasta dough like in a Michelin star restaurant. I learn everything from my grandma, true pasta maker from Emilia Romagna (Bologna city). After many experience in Michelin star restaurant as a chef, I decide to open my experience on Airbnb to share my passion for pasta. We going to start with a little introduction to the ingredients, after that we going to do the dough and you will be able to prepare you own pasta from scratch! We will teach you some different kind of pasta shapes as A wonderful experience about the magical word of pasta. Of course, at the end we are going to enjoy together an amazing pasta dish. We will show you how to prepare few different sauces for our amazing pasta! We will be taste 3-4 different pasta dishes! Can't wait to share with you more about Pasta world!
