- All services and facilities are subject to availability and good weather conditions
- Open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Bringing of outside food and drinks are not allowed and will be discarded prior to entry
- Pets or animals of any kind or breed are not allowed inside the resort premises
- Cooking of any sort is not allowed within the resort premises
- Designated smoking areas are available. A penalty of ₱5,000 will be charged per smoking violation
- Drones and other heavy/professional equipment are not allowed inside the resort premises unless coordinated prior to check-in date
- Minimum government mandated health protocols are enforced. Guests are required to wear face masks in all public areas
- Canyon Hotels and Resorts reserves the right to refuse guest entry for health and safety reasons
