Your tickets will be held at the theater box office for collection on the day of the Self-Guided tour. Please present this voucher along with a valid Photo ID at the Ryman Auditorium Box Office upon arrival.

Guests can show up at the Ryman Auditorium any time between operating hours (generally 9:00am-4pm) for their self-guided tour. Please Note: On-stage photo availability may vary according to Ryman Auditorium commitments.

It was extremely difficult to pull up the reservation for the pre-paid tickets once we arrived at Ryman. We actually had to go to the "box office" and someone had to assist then print paper tickets. Very disappointing.
