Highlights
The session is hands-on and interactive. All cooking techniques are safe and easily replicable. Ingredients used shall be well described and travellers choose to pick the ingredients themselves from the local market or our kitchen garden. All kinds of food preferences can be catered. We need prior information on allergies, vegetarian preferences.
We love to have inputs from guests and create memorable experiences, speaking about history and culture around the food we eat.

We shall start our experience with a sneak peek to Indian food. Basics of Indian style cooking shall be included to involve travelers, like Making dough, making chapati, or if it is evening then making Indian style fritters or masala chai. We would be happy to take the travelers for an Indian grocery shopping experience if they choose or pre-inform the desire to do so. Experiencing a kitchen garden, rooftop, if the weather permits are included. Guests would also learn to make seasonal Indian drink and Indian Sweets COnversations around tradition Indian equipment, and methods and using them while cooking, makes it a unique experience.
