## Gold Coast Watersports Guided Jet Ski Tours
Perfect for those who have ridden before or want to get a little more out your 1hr. We aim to keep tour groups small so we can cater to each drivers abilities so if you want to take it easy you can, if you want to hit the throttle the whole 1hr you can!!
Your guide will lead you up along the pristine waterways of the Gold Coast, you'll investigate narrow mangrove passages, pass isolated islands, see some astounding wildlife, check out lifestyles of the rich and famous and wet your feet with some high-speed wave riding.
The Gold Coast Jet Ski guided tours start with a full safety briefing, and a short River Run through the stunning Surfers Paradise canals. Once we hit the open Broadwater we let you loose on our designated Jet Ski Circuit which is also great for a photo opportunity
We will then head up and around wave break island and then bring you back to base
The tour travels approx thirty kilometres north. We travel along the inside of South Stradbroke Island and wind our way back through the Sovereign Islands and past the lavish palaces the rich and famous call home.
By the time you get back you will have discovered the fun of racing through the waves on a powerful jet ski.
1hr Jetski Tour includes approx a combined time of 20mins of 6knot zone
**Please note:** Minimum age to ride with an adult is 7 years of age, 16 years of age to ride on your own and 18 years of age to have a younger passenger
*Ages 12-15 may drive however not during our peak periods & never guaranteed. At the instructors discretion on the day

## **1. ARRIVAL TIME STRICTLY 15MINS PRIOR TO SESSION TIME**
Please arrive 15mins prior to your session time. Roads do get extremely busy during school holidays so allow extra time for heavy traffic delays.
Your safety briefing will start at the scheduled time, if you miss your safety briefing you are unable to Jetski
***We cannot stress enough, if you miss the start of your safety briefing you will miss out and no refunds or reschedules given***
## **2. COMPLETE YOUR PRE CHECK IN WAIVER**
You will receive a separate email, this is your Insurance Waiver. Please make sure this is completed prior to check in. For anyone 7 - 17yrs old, and adult ( 18yrs + ) must sign their waiver. If you have booked more than 72hrs in advance you will receive your waiver closer to the booking date.
## **3. WHAT TO BRING**
***Credit Card and ID used for payment***
Due to a high number of fraudulent bookings, please bring the Credit Card used for the booking & Photo ID, this can be a digital copy. If the credit card used for the booking cannot be produced you will not be able to complete the experience. We can however refund the credit card used originally and charge a card you have on you.
***Photo ID for ALL participants 18yrs plus***
All guests 18yrs and over MUST bring photo ID along. A copy on phones are accepted.
***Clothes and Extras***
Clothes you are comfortable in getting wet in, swimmers or shorts and a shirt is perfect.
Sunglasses and hats can be worn but are worn at your own risk. If you fall off, they are now the oceans forever
Sunscreen
We do sell cheap sunglasses, sunny savers & sunscreen in house which can be purchased on the day
Go Pros are great to take out with you, as long as they are attached to your body ( not handheld )
## **4. TRAVEL & START TIMES**
Please make sure you prepare your transport before the day of the activity.
Whether it's car, tram or Uber, plan ahead and know where your stops and parking is located. We are unable to wait for late arrivals. If you are late, you will miss out with no refund.
The whole experience is 1.5hrs. We allow 30mins for a safety briefing and then 1hr on the water.
## **4. PLAN YOUR DAY**
If you have planned other experiences ( not with us ) please ensure you have allowed plenty of time before or afterwards
## **5. KNOW THE AGE RESTRICTIONS**
Ensure you are clear on the below. We will not refund or compensate bookings within the 48hrs notice period
The minimum age as a passenger is 7yrs & 125cm
The minimum age to drive solo is 16yrs old
If 2 people share a Jetski there must be at least 1 person ( 18yrs plus )
7yrs - 11yrs are passengers only
12yrs - 15yrs are not guaranteed to drive and this will be discretion of the instructor on the day. This is determined by weather conditions and water traffic during the tour
We recommend the use of Bruce Bishop Car Park which is located approx 200mtrs from us.

You are welcome to reschedule your activity with 24hrs - 48hrs notice with a $25 fee per booking.
Less than 24hrs from your session time : No reschedules or cancellations permitted
Refunds or rescheduling will not be available if your activity remains scheduled to proceed.
In the case your activity is cancelled due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances by Gold Coast Watersports and we are unable to reschedule you, you will be offered either a full refund or a Gift Card ( dependent on your purchase method ) for future use or which is transferable to friends or family
PACKAGES - Please note if we ( the operator ) cancels any of the activities in a package, we will reimburse you for the value of the experience cancelled. If you wish to cancel the other activities included in the package there will be a fee of 50% of the remaining value
Please ensure all cancellations are made in writing
**No-shows or late arrivals will be charged the full price but will miss out on the session**
