Purchase Notice
  • Luggage storage service is available at Shiki-no-Jouhoukan (Visitor Service Center next to JR Biei Station)
  • Everyone who enters the field needs to make a reservation. We don't allow anyone to enter the field without booking (i.e., interpreters, guides, and other assistants are also required to book)
  • On the day of the tour, please wear comfortable clothing, hiking boots, or shoes that are easy to walk in
  • Please bring your own drinks. There are vending machines outside the meeting place, but no vending machines or convenience stores are on site
Reminders
In the event of a change in itinerary or cancellation due to traffic, weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances, please contact customer service and a partial refund will be granted
Please arrive at designated location 10 mins prior to departure, as tour will depart on time
If you would like a private tour, we can arrange it for an additional charge of JP¥10,000 per group (Payment on site)
Please be informed that the opening date of the tour may be changed according to the ripeness of the corn
Please note that due to bad weather, the tour may be canceled. Even if the weather is good on the tour day, the tour may still be canceled if the field is muddy due to heavy rain on prior days
If the experience is canceled, we'll inform you on the morning of the tour day or the day before through the contact information provided during booking
In order to prevent pathogenic bacteria from entering the cornfield, please cooperate fully with facility personnel and follow their instructions. Please change into the boots provided by the facility or cover your shoes with plastic covers and undergo disinfection procedures
Since there is no shelter at the experience site, please prepare towels and drinks to avoid heatstroke
Smoking is prohibited in the cornfields. There are no convenience stores or vending machines around the cornfields
There are no toilet facilities around the cornfields, so please use the restroom at Shiki-no-Jouhoukan before departure
Items can be ordered separately and delivered to your lodgings (Additional fee applies)
