4 Day Dumela Tented Camp at Kruger National Park

Your day may proceed in one of two ways: an early departure for Kruger National Park with a bush breakfast along the route and an earlier return, or having breakfast at the lodge first, departing and returning later. The exact departure times will be communicated to you the night before as it will be decided according to animal activity at the time to give you the best opportunity for game viewing. Your safari in Kruger will last about 7 to 8 hours, during which you will venture deep into the Orpen-Satara area, where your chances of seeing lions are better than anywhere else in the park. You will return to the camp with ample time to unwind and get ready for a starlit dinner around the fire.

You’ll wake up early to be ready for a full-day safari into Kruger National Park while predators like lions, leopards, cheetahs, and hyenas are still active and get to view the sunrise over the park, which is a spectacular sight. You can start your last day with an optional 1-hour bushwalk before breakfast or lounge around camp and take in the last sights and sounds. After breakfast it is time for good-byes and your return to Johannesburg.
