Usage
How to redeem a ticket:
On the day of your reservation, you will receive an email with login information to your audio guide around 9 AM. (If you can not see the email, please check your SPAM folder)
Please click the link in your email that will redirect you to a login page - all of the login information is prefilled. If not, you can find them in the email
Please hit the login button
In the audio guide menu, you will find the entry ticket to the Pilsner Urquell Experience
Please scan this entry ticket at the entrance scanner
Please go back to the menu and open Stage 1 of your audio guide
Hit the play button and enjoy your visit
