This is a morning and sunset beach yoga classes on Kata or Karon beaches in Phuket. At the time of the class, the beach is beautiful and providing a very tranquil and refreshing experience. Class content is largely Hatha and Vinyasa depending on the instructor and will typically including some meditation. Sunset class also includes the basics of Acroyoga. Available date & Time, Sunday : Morning Beach Yoga 8:00am Tuesday: Sunset Beach Yoga 5:00pm (Please arrive at meeting point 15 mins before start) *Please note that the location might be changed depending on weather conditions
