- Whale Shark Watching activity is weather dependent.
- If the Whale Shark interaction portion is canceled by the coast guard, the Countryside Tour portion will automatically proceed, and guests will receive a partial refund of Php 1800/pax.
- If the Countryside Tour portion should also be canceled by us on the same day, a full refund will be given.
- Guests can opt for rebook, the rebooking fee should be paid to the tour guide in cash the day prior.

- Tour duration: Full-day tour from 7:00 am–5:00 pm; this is an estimated duration
- For Christmas Day (December 25th), New Year's Day (January 1st), and Good Friday (the date varies every year), there will be a surcharge of ₱1500/per group, to be paid to the driver before the start of the tour
- Travelers should provide the correct hotel name and address for their pickup location. For Airbnb pickups with inaccurate or unclear addresses, the guest is responsible for contacting the number listed on the voucher. Failure to do so will be counted as a no-show with no refunds granted
