An evocative route that enters the complex rainwater collection system, still intact, with channels dug into the rock and six wonderful cisterns, which can be explored on multiple levels, evidence of different historical phases. The presence of the magnificent statue of San Giorgio, an ancient sculpture of rare workmanship, carved in the hard mazzaro stone, restores the lost sacredness to the complex.
