Want to know how to appreciate wine? Join us at the Hunter Valley Wine School for an informal lesson on wine. Take a walk through the onsite vineyard containing 45-year-old Shiraz vines followed by a winemaking tutorial with our Cellar Master. Learn about wine history, grape varieties and the Australian Wine Judging System. You will also sample many fine Australian wines discussed during the class to complete your education. Equipped with this newfound knowledge of winemaking, all guests will receive a personalised Wine Appreciation Certificate.
