We are a group of friends who went to try this activity. We were greeted with all smiles from the lady at the reception where they welcomed us and told us to check the exhibition. And that was already the best part of this activity. After we checked out the exhibition, saw some tables and chairs which we thought is the one for the "workshop", we were the first one in the room so we chose tables based on which we think are the best but we were asked to move tables and moved to the farthest corner! I thought maybe the table we chose was not for the activity, no biggie. The instructor gave us small chocolates to color, briefly explained how to do it and basically ignored us the whole time. People started coming and going (the table we sat at first was part of the activity, not sure why they had to move us) and the instructor did not check on us if we are done with painting and she was entertaining all the other attendees except us. No one was talking to us how this activity actually goes, like if there is a specific timing on when they move to the next step. This was lunch time and we all are getting hungry already. Then we noticed that they were handing out the chocolates for tasting, we waited for our turn but it never came. The explanation started and that was when we realized, at this point we should already have the chocolates at our table so we called their attention. That's the only time they noticed we don't have chocolates yet! since they are just ignoring us! They gave us the chocolates for tasting then they proceeded with the explanation and the tasting. As this is an activity, I think they should have communicated the timings on when the activity starts. Overall, definitely not a good experience. Wouldn't really recommend this to anyone. I noticed now our package was "DIY Chocolate Workshop Size 2 (Free upgrade from regular Size 1)", not sure what is size 1 and 2 but the one we were handed are the small bears and not the frames as in the picture.
