You may install eSIM before travelling (before your flight) or, at your destination when you need it.
To successfully install eSIM, a stable Internet connection is required.
eSIM can only be installed once. Do NOT delete or remove your eSIM from your device after successful installation until end of your trip or selected duration, whichever earlier.
You can have different eSIM plans installed on your device.
Data speed varies depending on the country and location.
If daily data is used up prior to the daily reset then unlimited data on reduced speed of 128 kbps (Messaging Apps) is accessible.
If you encounter any service disruption such as unable to connect to the internet, slow speed, APN settings or any other service disruption after inserting the card, please contact the operator’s customer service at: hello@frewie.com (email) and chat via https://frewie.com, indicating booking details and issue faced.

I emailed customer services, and my problem solved. It’s helpful, you will need to turn your roaming on when using the eSIM.
Setting up was easy, and the connection so far is good. Havent got to max out the 15GB, dont think I will ever be able to. ALl is good.
So easy to install absolute breeze. Make sure you note your start day as it is midnight to midnight
