Highlights

This is the only olive oil tasting program on the island led by an world-famous Olive Oil Expert. Anita Zachou envisioned and implemented olive oil tasting workshops on Mykonos since 2019, when everybody thought she was crazy. Now they copy her without any expertise and quality of services.


In this experience you will enjoy an olive oil tasting workshop with a view of Sacred Delos Island. After the tasting, you can stay and have a swim on the gorgeous beach of Agios Ioannis (take a swimsuit with you!) and have lunch in the restaurant.


During this workshop you will learn:


The basic principles of olive oil tasting and sensory evaluation.


Tasting 5 award-winning EVOOs from all of Greece and 3 olive oils with defects
The characteristics you must look for in an Extra Virgin Olive Oil
How to pair different olive oils with specific foods

    Enjoy an extra virgin olive oil tasting workshop overlooking the sacred island of Delos. Learning to evaluate and select olive oil is one of the most valuable pieces of knowledge since olive oil is an every day cooking staple!
