Highlights

This gorgeous sea turtle design was created by the chocolate artist teaching the class. She was a pastry chef for Disney and taught at a culinary school for years. She now teaches chocolate classes to foodies visiting and living in Honolulu.

In this hands-on class, a professional chocolate artist will guide you through how to make an exquisite sea turtle chocolate bar inspired by Hawaii's most popular sea creature, which known as 'honu' in Hawaiian. No chocolate experience is necessary for this class as the chocolatier will talk you through each step so you can make a design inspired by the Hawaiian islands.
