Nerikiri is made with Japan’s famous sweet bean paste and shaped in many different seasonal styles. In this class you’ll learn to make your own dessert shaped like a beautiful chrysanthemum, or kiku in Japanese. Then sit down to enjoy the food with award winning tea from the area, rishouen. Relax and enjoy your desserts and take home a cultural recipe to use later.
