##Due to Workplace Health & Safety, wheel chairs, prams, and walkers are not permitted on the tour. Please meet at Cellar Door 10 minutes before your tour time and be wearing closed in shoes. Please remember to bring umbrella if its rainy day.

If an online booking has been purchased via gift voucher, any kind of redeemable coupon from a third-party site, the voucher is deemed as “used” at the point of sale. If a cancellation occurs more than 7 days prior to the booking, the voucher will not be refunded however the customer may reschedulethe booking.

Nothing organised really, missed the tour as nothing on ticket saying go to cellar door, menu had three options but we were told one wasn't available.
