[Before you come]

• The Senshu Yume Fireworks can only be viewed from the front of the paid area; viewing from the sides or rear is not possible.
  
• If you are experiencing any of the following health conditions, please refrain from attending.
  Symptoms include fever, difficulty breathing, general fatigue, sore throat, shortness of breath, abnormal taste, joint pain, nausea, and vomiting.
• After the fireworks, in order to avoid overcrowding, we will ask you to leave the venue in stages from 8:00 p.m. onwards. Please remain in your seat until instructed to do so.
  
• In the event of bad weather such as strong winds, heavy rain, or thunder, the event may be canceled or postponed. In particular, the decision to cancel or postpone due to strong winds may be made just before the fireworks are to be launched. We will not compensate for travel expenses etc. in the event of cancellation or postponement due to bad weather. Please be aware of this if you are coming from afar.
  
• It is expected to be very busy at the entrance, so please allow yourself plenty of time.
  

[About the venue on the day]

• Please note that it may be difficult to hear the music in some areas.
  
• On the day, you will be given a wristband for each area at the entrance.
• Re-entry is possible. Please present your wristband at the re-entry gate. If you lose your wristband, you will not be allowed to re-enter.
• Standing is strictly prohibited. Please be sure to sit in the seat you purchased before watching the show. In order to avoid congestion in the venue, please spend as much time as possible in your reserved seat until the launch.
  
• The attached drink ticket can be used at the official drink booth. The official bar closes at 20:30. Please note that the drink ticket cannot be used after the close.
  
• Chairs, tripods, drones and selfie sticks are not permitted. (Chairs and tripods are allowed in the camera area only.)
  
• Bringing in equipment such as tents, coolers, and carry wagons is also prohibited.
  
• Pets are not allowed inside the facility. We cannot accept pets.
  
• You may bring in food and drinks (alcoholic beverages are not allowed), but please refrain from bringing in large amounts of food and drinks.
  
• Umbrellas and parasols may be brought into the venue, but please refrain from using them within the seating area.
  
• There is no place to leave or check in strollers. Please make sure to fold your stroller and store it in your seat. In addition, since all the seats are on the sand, we do not recommend bringing strollers to the venue.
  
• Wristbands will not be reissued if they are damaged or lost, regardless of the reason. Also, if you are not wearing a wristband, you will be asked to leave immediately.
  
• Please note that we cannot take any responsibility for any disputes between customers.
  

[About tickets]

• Seats will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis for each area. Seats cannot be reserved. (Only the camera area will have reserved seats.)
  
• Up to one preschool child may enter the theater free of charge per purchased ticket. Please watch the show on your lap. From the second child onwards, a paid seat ticket is required.
  
• In the wheelchair area, one wheelchair user may be accompanied by one caregiver. The caregiver must also purchase a wheelchair area ticket.
  
• There will be no refunds for purchasing the wrong ticket. Please check carefully when purchasing.
  
  

• Please use public transportation when coming to the venue.
• Please refrain from parking in nearby facilities (AEON Mall, Ks Denki, Shinsennan Hospital, etc.) or parking on the street, causing trouble.
  
  [To passengers using trains]
  
• Extreme congestion is expected at the nearest station, Nankai Tarui Station. Customers using IC tickets are asked to help alleviate congestion by loading cash onto their IC cards in advance at the station.
