Counter staff at KL Sentral not very sure about the redemption hence there was a bit of delay but process was still smooth. Easy to use to get around. Confusing metro system and you need to have min Rm5 in the card even to use the day pass.

Please ensure that there is a minimum balance of MYR5 in the card at the point of entry of the LRT, MRT, or KL Monorail services
KLIA Ekspres trip is valid for 1 month from redeem date. MRT, LRT and Monorail rides must be taken on 2 consecutive days from the first ride. First ride must be taken within 31 days from your redeem date.
