Everything went well initially but I got a very small hatchback car in the end even though I Paid for a comfort size ( Toyota Camry) during my booking. Have informed the operator.
Ok the good: they messaged me on WhatsApp almost soon after I made the booking to confirm my flight and pax details. They sent good pics where to find the staff at BKK airport. Bad: the staff of the day at the meeting point was inexperienced like an intern. Waited 10 mins and told me to go to Door 1 and the license number. And I had to ask what car model (it wasn’t Camry but a Pajero so I’m glad I asked) and the colour. Anyway of course the driver wasn’t there. He was at door 3. Luckily I saw the mobile number on the paper sign and called it and spoke a bit of thai.
