Child Policy
Children under the age of 2 may travel free of charge, but they do not receive a bus seat or lunch. If bus seat or lunch is required, please book under the children's fare.

- Itinerary may change due to weather and road conditions.
- It is possible to bring in suitcases, but we may refuse to bring in too large items. We are not responsible for any loss of your own luggage.
- There are other passengers on the bus, so please refrain from talking in a loud voice.
- There is no toilet on the bus.
- Please refrain from drinking alcohol on the bus.
- After the tour has started, no refunds will be made even if the event is canceled or the facility is closed.
- If the minimum number of participants (25) is not reached 3 days prior to the scheduled date, the tour may be cancelled on that date. In this case, we will contact you to offer you an alternative date or, if it does not work out for you, we will refund your money.
- There will be no refunds if it is determined that it is difficult to continue the tour due to weather or other factors after the tour has started.
- There is no refund if the ropeway is canceled after the tour has started.
- Please do not get close to the animal cage beyond the fence.

Booking Confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 4 days before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 4 days before the date of selection.
Redemption Notes
Show mobile or printed voucher to the staff before commencing the activity.
Ticket Validity
Upon booking confirmation, this ticket is valid on the date of selection only.
