Nusa Penida All-Inclusive Full-Day Tour From Bali or Nusa Penida

Throughly enjoyed our tour to Nusa Penida! The tour agency needed some nudging to send our confirmation and details but other than that, it went smoothly! This package includes a driver to pick you and drop you off at your accommodation which is a huge plus point. You’ll get the whole old school Bali whole experience with a cramp and humid ferry ride to the island before you meet a local guide there to bring you the spots. Our guide was Indrah and he was so friendly and hardworking. He brought us to the best photo spots at each location and took amazing photos and videos for us! The guides there work hard and long hours under the sun daily so they would appreciate a tip at the end of the tour. Do note that as the spots are natural spots, expect lots of climbing and hiking which comprised of steep rocky stairs and steep slippery slopes amidst the scorching sun so it’s a huge work out. Not recommended for those with children or the elderly but you really get the rustic natural island experience!

I would like to give a compliment to our tour guide Mr Wayang. He is very friendly and professional. Helping us to resolve lot of issues during our trip. He is also able to locate the best photo spots for us. When we still have some time to spend after visiting all the sites in the tour package, we requestnto visit the Tree House, he also gladly to drove us there and waites for us patiently. He is amazing. On the down side, the tree house experience is one of the worst throughout our Bali and Nusa Penida tour. The queue number is in a mess. There is no system to manage the tourists. We gotten one queue number at the main ticket booth (number 60), and issued another queue number at the waiting booth next to the tree house (become number 74). and the staff simply not attentative at all. No explanation given. Before us, there is quite a few couples of tourist which already waited for more than one hrs. The tourists tried to reaon out with the staff and ask why other is able to "jump queue" despite they came later. However the staff simple don't care and just laugh it off. In the end, the couples just left We also waited for about 1 hrs, and almost request for a refund. (Which our tour guide came for our rescue and resolve the long wait and jump queue problem). I would recommend to come here only you have amble of time to wait and willing to tolerate the bad service from the staff at the tree house. If not, simply not worth the money to pay one entry fee, and another photography fee to the tree house.
