Disney Music & Fireworks: Viewing Ticket (Yamaguchi, Osaka, Miyazaki, & Okinawa) | Japan

• Guests beginning at 3 years old must hold a ticket. Free admission is available for guests 2 years old and below. Charges will apply if you would like to opt for a seat for your child
• Children 2 years old and below must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (adult ticket purchase required) for each child 
  
• The event will proceed in rainy weather, however, if the weather condition is severe and deemed to be unsafe during the preparation period or on the day of the event, the show will be canceled. The latest information will be announced on the official website official social media, etc., so please make sure to check for updates on Disney's social media sites
• The limited-edition merchandise will be exchanged at a designated window on the day of the event
  
• Picnic blanket, coolers, camping chairs, folding chairs, tents, large suitcases, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks for photography, dangerous items (including imitations), drones, and radio-controlled devices are not allowed. Except for food and beverages purchased at food trucks in front of the venue gates, bringing your own food (except in cases of food allergies or dietary restrictions), cans, bottles, and alcoholic beverages into the venue is prohibited
  
• Strollers cannot be taken to your seats and should be deposited in designated areas at each venue. The guest is responsible for managing the item when deposited. The organizers do not assume any responsibility for accidents, theft, damage, or similar situations
  

[Yamaguchi Performance Notes]

• Please use the shuttle bus between Shin-Yamaguchi and the venue or the paid parking lot for your visit
• We recommend using official access methods such as the shuttle bus and parking lot
  
• The start time is scheduled. If there are delays in the shuttle bus or congestion in the parking lot, the start time may be delayed
  
• After the event ends, it is expected that it will take a considerable amount of time to exit the parking lot or board the shuttle bus. Additionally, traffic congestion around the venue is anticipated, so please check the last train times and allow ample time for your transfer if you are using transportation from Shin-Yamaguchi Station
• The operation of the shuttle bus does not guarantee that you will be able to catch the last train of your desired transportation
  
• Guests planning to come by private car, please use the adjacent dedicated parking lot (paid: advance sale)
  
• The number of parking spaces is limited and will be sold in advance for a fee
  
• There are no other parking lots near the venue, so please do not come by private car without a pre-purchased parking ticket
• It takes about 20 minutes by　walk from the dedicated parking lot to the fireworks venue
• Guests planning to come by private car, please carpool to help alleviate traffic congestion
  

※ Notice from JR West regarding "Ube Line Ajisu Station": IC cards (ICOCA, Suica, etc.) cannot be used. Please purchase a ticket at the boarding station in advance.

[Osaka Performance Notes]

• Please use the Osaka Monorail and get off at "Banpaku-kinen-kōen Station" for your visit
  
• Osaka Monorail will be running extra trains for both arrival and departure
  
• There is no dedicated parking available for this event, and no parking passes will be sold
  
• Please be sure to use public transportation
  
• The park will also be open to the general public, so heavy traffic and congestion are expected on surrounding roads and in the park's parking lots. We kindly ask you to use public transportation to reach the event. Additionally, please refrain from arriving by private vehicles or drop-off services
  
• We do not provide any guarantees or compensation for delays due to road congestion or other issues if you do not use public transportation
  

[Yamanashi Performance Notes]

• Many general visitors will be in the area around Lake Yamanaka, so the surrounding roads are expected to be heavily congested. 
• Please plan extra time for your arrival at the venue, as the congestion may be greater than expected. 
• We cannot guarantee that you won't experience delays due to road congestion or other factors. 
• Parking or stopping on roads near the venue is strictly prohibited. Please refrain from doing so.
  

[Kagoshima Performance Notes]

• Please use the shuttle bus between Kagoshima Chuo Station and the venue, or use the paid parking lot for your arrival. 
• We recommend using the official transportation options, such as the shuttle bus and designated parking lot. 
• The start time is tentative. If the shuttle bus is delayed or the parking lot is crowded, the performance may begin later than scheduled. 
• After the performance, it may take a considerable amount of time to exit the parking lot and board the shuttle bus. Additionally, traffic congestion should be expected on the surrounding roads. If you are using public transportation from Kagoshima Chuo Station, please check the last train time and give yourself enough time to reach the station. 
• The shuttle bus schedule does not guarantee that you will catch the last train or public transportation at your desired time. 
• If you plan to arrive by private car, please use the adjacent private parking lot (pre-paid). 
• The number of parking spaces is limited and requires pre-payment. There are no other parking lots near the venue. Please do not come by private car without securing a pre-purchased parking spot. 
• If you are coming by car, we encourage you to carpool to help reduce traffic congestion. 
• The designated blocks in the viewing area are unreserved seats. Please be considerate of other visitors while watching the event.
  

[Ibaraki Performance Notes]

• To reach the venue, please take the Ibaraki Transportation Bus from JR Katsuta Station. On the day of the event, a special direct bus will run to the west exit of Hitachi Seaside Park.
  
• If you are coming by car, please use the official parking lot sales.
  
• Hitachi Seaside Park will be visited by many general visitors, so the surrounding roads are expected to be highly congested.
  
• Please plan plenty of time for your arrival, as congestion may be more severe than expected.
  
• There is no guarantee against delays due to road congestion or other factors.
  
• Parking or stopping on the roads around the venue is prohibited; please do not do so under any circumstances.
  

[Wheelchair Seating Notes]

• As a rule, wheelchair seating is limited to wheelchair users
• Guests wishing to view the show in a wheelchair must apply for wheelchair seating. A ticket is also required for the accompanying person (up to one adult)
  
• Please purchase a separate "Adult Companion Ticket for Wheelchair Seating" in addition to the wheelchair seating
• If the attendee using the wheelchair is not included, we regret that we cannot provide wheelchair seating

[Platinum Reserved Seat Notes]

• Platinum reserved seats are sold in limited quantities during each pre-sale. Even if the number of seats is sold out at the first pre-sale, it will be sold again at the next pre-sale. If the total number of scheduled seats is completely sold out, this will be announced on the official website
• Guests wishing to use the seats as a group with family or friends, please ensure that all members purchase their Platinum reserved seats at the same time. If purchased separately, seats will not be together
• The rights and offer of Platinum reserved seats are non-transferable
• Enjoy the event from the designated seat specified on your ticket
• One ticket cannot be used by multiple customers
• Commemorative goods will be handed out upon entry. Please be sure to receive them as you will not be able to receive it again after passing through the entrance
• To enter the exclusive lounge and receive offer, you will need a special wristband provided upon entry
• Purchasing a Platinum ticket with a dedicated parking space does not guarantee avoidance of expected traffic congestion around the venue
