Terrible experience. I never made this purchase, I never received anything so I am now $289 out of pocket with nothing received from Pelago. I have tried to sort this with Pelago and my bank my bank tells me Pelago refused the charge back even though they can clearly see nothing has been used. I would never recommend Pelago to anyone basically I have been robbed and they refuse to reimburse me the $289. I cannot class myself as a traveller during this activity because I never did it but I have to submit something for this to be published
