Additionally, due to the pregnancy of our bottlenose dolphin, the Otarie Dolphin Show may be canceled. Furthermore, there is a possibility of restricted entry to the Dolphin Stadium, so please be aware in advance.
Please be aware that the ropeway may be suspended due to weather conditions. Refunds cannot be provided in case of weather-related suspension, so please understand this in advance.
The tour may be shortened or cancelled due to weather conditions or congestion.
If you are late for the departure time, the bus will depart without waiting. Please note that no refund will be given in that case.
