I booked a tour at Wendella/Chicago for a 4pm time slot. I received a confirmation for 11am from Pelago/Singapore. I contacted Pelago numerous times explaining the incorrect time slot and that I would not be able to attend. Pelago WOULD NOT change or cancel My reservation. Extremely dissatisfied with my experience with this company. DO NOT use Pelago a 3rd party booking company/terrible customer service.
