After purchasing the ticket, you must reserve the date, time, train and seat of the limited express train online before you can use it.
You can purchase tickets for up to 8 people each, arriving at Kansai Airport and departing from Kansai Airport on the same day.
It is not possible to use multiple tickets at the same time with one smartphone. Tourists who purchase multiple tickets must distribute electronic tickets other than their own to the mobile devices of other traveling companions.
Tickets cannot be used on the day of purchase.

Information for purchasing electronic tickets:
- This ticket cannot be used on the day of purchase, and can only be used to reserve a seat on an express train from the day after purchase.
- Seat reservations must be made 5 minutes prior to the departure time of the train you wish to board after purchasing the ticket.
- Train changes must be completed 5 minutes prior to the departure time of the train you wish to travel on, and can only be made 2 times.
- Seats can only be reserved as regular seats and cannot be changed to business seats.
- Please use the e-ticket machines, which cannot be used at stations that do not have e-ticket gates or at general ticket gates.
When multiple guests are on the same order:
- After the representative passenger reserved the seat, the representative customer must share the tickets to fellow passengers in the same booking
- Each passenger must have their own device, sharing one device is not allowed
- All passengers in the order must board the same train and the same carriage

- Please note that Rapi:t does not operate 24 hours a day (excluding specific dates)
- If you lose your voucher or ticket after redeeming, requests for replacements or a second redemption will not be granted.
- If you get off the train before arriving at the designated destination, the unused portion will not be refunded, please consider carefully before booking.
- If you are unable to show your ticket because your device is lost, malfunctioning, out of battery, and therefore unable to use the e-ticket, the e-ticket cannot be re-issued or refunded.
- [Electronic tickets] Only tickets that are still valid and have not been used can be refunded 5 minutes before the reserved limited express train departs. The refund fee will be 220 yen per ticket.
- Please present the e-voucher on-site.
- Passengers who purchase "non-electronic tickets" need to exchange them for physical tickets at designated locations.
- Passport holders aged 12 or older with "Temporary Visitor" stamped on their passports / Tourist passport holders.
- Child ticket is for those aged 6–11 (not available in e-ticket, please purchase on-site)
- Free for children aged under 5 who do not occupy a seat. If the child needs a seat, please purchase a child ticket on-site

Easy to use and value for money
Easy to reserve based on the instruction guide given. Just need to use the QR code provided later on at the correct ticket gate, and in and out we go. Would use it again when I travel this route!
