Highlights
Our mission is to let Puglia enter your hearts, as it already is for us. In addition to orecchiette, another typical product of ours is taralli and we are sure that the quick hands of an expert from Cesarina will literally make you fall in love with it. A short course will help you to make them and in the blink of an eye you too will become real experts. At the end of the course you will be given a kind gift to take home with you and there will be a tasting of taralli and a good glass of wine, obviously from Puglia.
Itinerary
Strada Vicinale Montelavecchia
After a warm welcome and a short presentation, we will start with an explanation of what the world of Apulian gastronomy is; then together with the expert hands of our Cesarina you will start producing taralli around our common table. After the preparation, there will be the most awaited part: the tasting in front of a glass of wine. The course will last approximately 2 hours. At the end of the course, the Academy's certificate and apron will be issued, to take us back home with you. A short recipe book will instead allow you to reproduce what you have seen at home.
