The balance in the AIRSIMe account can be used to purchase data and voice packages in App. The AIRISMe account has 1 year validity after first registration in AIRSIM App. The expiry date will be extended 1 year automatically from the data of every purchase of data package or top-up.
Except for 24/48 Hours Data Package, the daily data usage time is from Singapore time (GMT+8) 00:00:00 to 23:59:59. There is no pro-rata calculation regardless of the activation time of data service. 24/48 hours Data Package is a continuous 24/48 Hours session starting from service activation
AIRSIMe only works on unlocked mobile phones and tablets, but not on pocket WIFI device (MIFI). You can do Tethering to share the data service.
Fair Use Policy: When daily usage reached 500MB then the data access speed will be restricted at 256kbps.
When daily usage reached 1GB then the data access speed will be restricted at 384kbps for MAX packages.(For better data coverage in Batam or Bali, please select Telkomsel 4G Package.)
Fair Use Policy (FUP) applies in many overseas mobile operators. We recommend that you use free WIFI for tasks that require high data usage.
If the capacity of your purchased data plan has finished or almost finished during the trip, you can select "Buy Extra Data" button from the APP and follow the steps as instructed, the data capacity will be topped-up at once. Please note that such 'Buy Extra Data" function is only available within 120 days from the date of activation of the data package and only applicable to certain AIRSIMe data packages.
If the downloaded eSIM is expired for "Buy Extra Data" or not available for "Buy Extra Data" option, you can simply buy a new AIRSIMe data package again.
