The paellas are from Valencia and since I am from Valencia, here you will learn in detail the secrets and skills to be able to make an authentic traditional paella at home for your friends and family. The group is small, maximum 7 people, this is the way to make you feel at home and with friends. We will approach the paella with a tasting of Spanish wines exquisitely chosen for our meal.
