Café of Kerry Hotel, Hong Kong). Any overdue orders with QR codes will not be
accepted or refunded.

2. Please make a reservation 48 hours in advance.

3. All cakes contain dairy products (milk, cream or butter), eggs, nuts and
gluten.

4. All cakes must be consumed on the day of collection/delivery.

5. Once the transaction is confirmed, the order and its quantity cannot be
changed or canceled.

6. Guests must present the electronic redemption voucher with a QR code to
redeem the purchased gift.

7. Electronic redemption coupons with QR codes can only be redeemed once and
cannot be reprinted, copied or sold.

8. If the electronic redemption voucher with the QR code is lost or damaged,
it will not be reissued.

9. Electronic redemption vouchers with QR codes cannot be used in conjunction
with other discounts, promotions or gift vouchers.

10. The order is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed in whole or in part
for cash.
