Would you like to experience traditional art forms while also learning about Japanese culture and forging invaluable memories?


Complete beginners are encouraged and welcomed; no art skills or painting experience is necessary, just an interest to learn. Just bring yourself, and we’ll provide the rest.


Our instructor is a representative of the Japan Ink Painting Association, a general incorporated association known across Japan.


The class lasts approximately 2 hours and you’ll have the opportunity to use specialized Japanese ink to create your very own pieces of art which you will then take home with you.


We ensure to provide the tutelage and the know how to forge a valuable experience that allow you to leave with timeless memories of your trip to Japan.

    The main aim of this workshop is to facilitate a hands-on experience with all participants. Please be prepared to take part. We’ll start with getting used to the brushes and how they flow across the material. The next step will involve getting your inspiration and then finally creating your own piece of Japan in art using what you have learned. Our instructor will be there to encourage and support you, so you we want you to feel free expressing yourself through your masterpiece! We will provide you with all the necessary tools so feel free to just turn up at your reserved time. One thing to keep in mind is that you will be working with ink, so please wear clothing that you don't mind getting a little dirty.
