Great and easy to book. Driver came on time and the communication was very good and responsive. The operator advised us on departure times and traffic estimates based on our hotel pickup location so we really appreciated that.
Was great. Only issue is that there is no number given to contact the driver to link up in case you can’t don’t see them. However, there was a driver for us both times that we used it.
Made a last-minute booking for the early morning the next day and the reservation was processed and handled without a hitch. The local Thai operator communicates quickly and effectively, and Pelago's customer service was also on standby to help with reservation confirmations, etc. Most importantly, the price was competitive - cheaper than what you would find on Booking.com or Klook. Would definitely use again!

I waited at the airport around 45 minutes and the driver only picked us. I booked this transport because I don want to wait at the airport as I bring two kids with me. I couldn't even contact the driver by his phone number. called the customer service cannot speak English, and she only asked me to hold on the phone. I waited on the phone around 20 mins. This is a bad experience.
