Your pass remains valid for 90 days starting from the date of purchase. For instance, tickets purchased on 1 July will remain valid until 28 September.

Upon scanning the code at the first attraction or facility, your pass will be valid for a seven-day duration. If your usage begins on 1 July, it will remain valid until 7 July.

Kindly be aware that if multiple tickets are purchased within a single booking, the start date will be applicable to all tickets.

Once the ticket has been used, the seven-day validity period will not surpass the 90-day overall validity period of the ticket.

Each attraction or facility can be utilised only once; re-entry is not permitted.

Unused attractions and facilities cannot be refunded.

Tickets can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed.
