The whole experience felt very rushed and brief. Communication with the guide could've been better as well. I couldn't find my guide after the visit to the Sistine Chapel and missed out on going to St Peter's Basilica.
Our meeting venue was changed. When we joined the group, we realized we were reassigned to a Spanish speaking group instead of an English speaking group. When we voiced this with the agent onsite, we were told to raise this with Pelago as they were just taking instructions.
